Exercise:
I walked to and from campus, then went for a run. I didn’t last log but it’s the first time I’ve jogged in months!

Welp. I well and truly fell off the wagon over the last few months. Luckily, I only gained a pound over all.
I’m restarting my weight loss from today!
Weight: 127lbs (same as I was when I gave up! No gain! Yay!)
